Yes — SANTARA™ produces online educational content and guidance through our online platform, media, mindfulness & intentional living practices.
🛒 ORDERS & SHIPPING
Where do you ship?
Right now we ship within the United States. As we grow, we may expand shipping options.
How long does shipping take?
ORDER PROCESSING & TRANSIT TIMES Typical order processing times are between:
- 3–5 business days for standard processing
- 5–7 business days during holiday or high-volume seasons
Ground Shipping can take anywhere from 3-6 business days, based on location.
To receive your gifts in time for the Holidays please account for both processing and transit times when placing an order.
Packages are shipped via USPS (ETA 2-3 business days) or UPS. Typical transit times by region for UPS are as follows:
2 - 3 Days: Texas + Midwestern, Southwestern, Southeastern States
3 - 4 Days: California + North, Northwestern, Northeastern states
4 - 6 Days: New York + Far Northwestern states

How do I track my order?
You can track your order using the “Track My Order” link in the footer or from your email confirmation.
My tracking says delivered, but I didn’t receive it—what do I do?
Please check with neighbors or your local postal carrier first. If you still can’t locate the package, email us at help@santaramarket.com and we’ll help you resolve it.
📦 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Please view our Return Policy HERE
Are food and beverage items returnable?
Due to safety regulations, consumable items such as coffee, tea, and honey cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect.
What about candles or mindfulness products?
Candles, kits, mindfulness tools and most (not all) other non perishable items we carry may be returned unused and in original packaging within the return window. Please view our Return Policy HERE
My item arrived damaged—what now?
Please view our Return Policy HERE to help you determine whether your item is returnable. If so then you can start the return process for your item using the “Start A Return” link in the footer. Take photos and email us immediately at help@santaramarket.com so we can replace it.
🍵 COFFEE, TEA & HONEY
Are your coffee and tea products fresh?
Yes! All coffee is roasted fresh to order, and tea is blended fresh through our fulfillment partners.
Where does your honey come from?
Santara™ honey is sourced from trusted regional beekeepers and bottled locally.
Seasonal batches may vary in color, density, texture and flavor — crystalizing is a natural sign of 100% pure, raw honey.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Not yet, but we plan to offer recurring seasonal boxes and coffee/tea subscriptions in the future.

Are your practices and content religious?
No — SANTARA practices and content are rooted in mindfulness, symbolism, earth-honoring stewardship, sacred and holistic living. They are open and adaptable to all backgrounds.
Can I use SANTARA™ content and practices in my own business or offerings?
No. All practices, symbols, teachings, writings, frameworks, photo and media are protected under copyright.
