Because many of our items are handmade, roasted fresh, or produced in small seasonal batches, shipping timelines reflect the quality and craftsmanship behind each piece.
Here is everything you need to know about how your order moves from our sanctuary to yours.
Processing Times
Made-to-Order & Handmade Items
Candles, honey boxes, ritual goods, and select seasonal items are prepared with love as orders come in.

All coffee is roasted to order and teas are prepared in small curated batches.

Once the package leaves SANTARA™ and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays due to inclement weather, undeliverable packages due to address errors or other unforeseen shipping courier related delays. If information regarding your package is needed, please contact the carrier directly for further information.

☀️ Summer Time Shipping Rates
Due to the sensitive nature of SANTARA™ wax products, perishable food items, bath & body and various other handcrafted and delicate items available in our product line, we recommend the following during either Cold or Hot high
temperatures:
Place orders as early in the week as possible.
SANTARA™ products are shipped from Warm Regions (very hot temps!).🔥
Please reference the UPS Transit Map to estimate the total number of days your order may be in transit. Ground Shipping transit times vary by location the order is shipping to. Please account for both processing and transit times when placing an order.
This will decrease processing and transit times as well as reduce the possibility of melting or damage to items.

MORE SHIPPING INFORMATION
- SANTARA™ offers complimentary ground shipping and a free sample on orders over $75+ (before tax). Ground shipping excludes Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories.
- For orders that are under $75, a flat rate ground shipping charge will be applied.
- Any orders that are shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico must ship UPS 2-Day Air.
- At this time we cannot ship to addresses without a recipient. This includes P.O. Boxes. We are currently unable to ship to APO/FPO Addresses
- Your shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart as you place your order.
- During high volume periods (i.e. sales and holidays) orders may experience a slight delay in processing times.
- Your order may be delayed due to increased UPS order volumes, address issues, missing apartment numbers, etc.
- Once package is in the hands of the carrier severe weather conditions during transit may cause delays in delivery.
- We are unable to edit, add or remove items on an order once it has been placed. If there is an issue with an order or it needs to be canceled, please reach out to customer care as soon as possible at:📧 help@santaramarket.com and we will do our best to accommodate.
- We do not ship to Freight Forwarders or Re-Sellers
- Tracking notifications will be sent when the orders label is created, not shipped. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to update accurately with an ETA.
