SANTARA™ is a protected lifestyle brand, creative work, and spiritual sanctuary developed and owned by SANTARA HOLDINGS LLC. Brand Positioning & Key Terms

The following phrases and conceptual language are unique to SANTARA™ and may not be used in competing fields (spirituality, slow living, rituals, holistic lifestyle, culinary mindfulness, or intentional home goods):

  • “Slow rituals”
  • “Sacred design”
  • “Intentional living”
  • “Everyday nourishment”

These phrases form part of our brand’s distinctive identity and are protected from use by competing businesses.

3. Prohibited Uses by Third Parties

The following uses are not permitted without written authorization:

A. Using the word “SANTARA” or confusingly similar variations

In connection with:

  • Rituals, ceremonies, or metaphysical content

B. Copying SANTARA-brand language or positioning

Including but not limited to:

  • “Seasonal living / intentional home / soulful spaces”

These elements are protected under trademark, copyright, and unfair competition law due to first use and distinct brand identity.

C. Using SANTARA in domain names, social handles, or tags

Such as:

  • santara[+descriptor]
  • santara-style phrases in identical fields

These uses may create consumer confusion and are subject to enforcement.
