Your order is on its way to becoming part of your sanctuary. You can track your order using the tracking link sent to your email once your items have shipped.

1. Locate Your Tracking Email
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email titled:
“Your SANTARA™ order is on the way.”
Inside, you’ll find:
- Your tracking number
- A direct tracking link
- Shipping updates
If you don’t see it, check your:
- Promotions / Notifications tab
- Junk/spam folder
- Or search your inbox for “SANTARA”
2. Didn’t Receive a Tracking Email Yet?
This usually means your order is still processing.
Processing times:
- 3–5 business days for most products
- Fresh-roasted coffee, tea, and made-to-order items may take slightly longer
- Honey and candles ship as soon as they are ready and safely packaged
You’ll receive your tracking number the moment it leaves our hands.
3. Already Have Your Tracking Number?
You may enter it directly on the carrier’s website:
- USPS: www.usps.com/tracking/
- UPS: www.ups.com/tracking/
- FedEx: www.fedex.com/tracking/
(depending on what your order shipped with)
This will show real-time updates, travel scans, and expected delivery dates.
4. My Tracking Shows “Delivered,” But I Don’t Have It
This happens occasionally due to carrier scans.
Before contacting us, please:
- check around your porch or mailbox
- check with neighbors
- wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark early)
If your package still hasn’t appeared, reach out and we’ll help.
