By purchasing any item from this site, the buyer warrants that they are at least 18 years of age, in compliance with all local, state, federal, and international laws, and are legally able to purchase these items. SANTARA® may not be held responsible for any non-compliance with these laws.

Children Under the Age of 13: Our Website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use this Website, make purchases, or provide any personal information. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information immediately. To maintain efficient order processing, account security, and standard transactional transparency, SANTARA® conducts all formal customer and transactional communications exclusively via email.

  • Email Checkout Mandate: Customers are required to provide a valid, functional email address at checkout to complete a transaction. Accounts or checkouts attempted without an email address will be rejected.
  • Transactional Delivery: All order confirmations, receipts, invoices, shipping updates, tracking numbers, and account updates will be delivered to the email address provided. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your email address is correct and up to date.
  • Opt-In Marketing: Promotional and marketing communications will only be distributed via email to users who have explicitly opted into our mailing list. B. Essential Oil Safety & Ingestion Warning

The International Federation of Aromatherapists does not recommend that Essential Oils be taken internally unless under the direct supervision of a Medical Doctor who is also qualified in Clinical Aromatherapy. Cautions listed on individual product packaging or descriptions do not include cautions for ingestion. All essential oils and blends carried by SANTARA® must be handled with appropriate safety precautions as outlined in our product documentation.

SANTARA® respects the intellectual property rights of others. SECTION 20 - SHIPPING RISK, LOSS, AND INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS

All products purchased from SANTARA® are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass directly to you upon our delivery of the goods to the shipping carrier.

We recommend selecting optional shipping protection when available at checkout. Review the protection provider’s terms for covered events, exclusions, and claim instructions before purchasing.

For international shipments outside of the United States, you acknowledge that you are the importer of record. You are solely responsible for ensuring the products can be legally imported to your destination and for paying all applicable import duties, local taxes, customs clearances, and carrier administration fees.

SECTION 21 - ORDER CANCELLATION AND PRICING ERRORS

SANTARA® reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order placed with us at our sole discretion, without liability or penalty, even after a receipt or confirmation email has been generated. We specifically reserve this right in instances where a product is inadvertently listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, when automated scraping scripts or "bots" are suspected, or when our payment processor flags an order for suspected billing fraud.

When SANTARA® cancels an order, we initiate a full refund to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on the payment provider and the customer’s financial institution.

SECTION 22 - GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings arising from these Terms must be filed exclusively in the appropriate court systems located in Houston, Texas.
